Albaraque Project
Our residential renovation projects follow a clear and efficient process to ensure quality results and client satisfaction.
We start with an on-site assessment to understand the existing conditions and the client’s needs. Based on this, we develop the design and planning, including layout solutions, material selection, and budget definition.
Once approved, the renovation works begin. This phase includes structural improvements, installation of technical systems, and high-quality finishes.
Throughout the project, we ensure regular supervision and quality control. The process is completed with final inspections and the delivery of a fully renovated home that meets both functional and aesthetic goals.

Kitchen and Bathrooms: Fully modernized with new high quality and high-efficiency appliances.
Windows and Flooring: Replacing windows with larger thermal models increased natural light, while the new flooring unifies the fluid new layout.
Climate Control: The installation of new heating systems (such as radiant floor heating) was integrated during the floor replacement.
